1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By accepting these Terms of Service, you declare that you are of legal age in your country of residence and that you give us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.
To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing any product or service, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping details. You declare and warrant that all information provided is true, current, and complete, and that you have all necessary rights to provide it.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to third parties.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
We strive to accurately present our products and services in the online store. However, the colors and appearance of products may vary depending on the device and its settings.
We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of any product or service purchased will fully meet your expectations or match exactly the descriptions and images displayed online.
All product descriptions and prices may be changed at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities per customer, region, or jurisdiction.
3. ORDERS
When placing an order, you are making a purchase offer. WoodCollect reserves the right to accept or refuse any order for any reason.
An order is only considered accepted after confirmation from WoodCollect, upon receipt and processing of payment.
Review your order carefully before submitting it, as cancellation requests may not be possible once the order is accepted. If an order is refused, modified, or canceled, you will be contacted using the information provided (email, billing address, and/or phone).
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You also declare that your purchases are intended for personal use and not for commercial resale or export.
4. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
The time required to prepare an order for shipment is 3 to 5 business days. However, we generally do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Please NOTE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS DAYS, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as shipping days.
Additionally, preparation and shipping (delivery) are two separate processes, each with its own timeframe.
5. PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of purchase, as indicated in the confirmation email.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping costs, customs duties, or other applicable fees.
Prices on the online store may differ from other sales channels. Specific promotions may have their own terms, which will prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.
You agree to provide complete and updated payment information, including valid contact details and payment method expiration dates.
You declare and warrant that (i) the card information provided is true and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use it, and (iii) you will pay all associated charges, including taxes and shipping.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All stated timeframes are estimates.
After the products are handed over to the carrier, risk and ownership are transferred to the customer.
7. CUSTOMS AND EXTRA TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in the Services—including trademarks, logos, text, images, videos, graphics, design, and structure—is the property of WoodCollect, its affiliates, or licensors, and is protected by national and international law.
Use of the Services is strictly personal and non-commercial. Reproduction, distribution, or use of content without prior written permission is prohibited.
WoodCollect logos, names, and designs are registered trademarks and cannot be used without express permission.
9. OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may have access to third-party tools included in the Services. These tools are provided “as is” and without warranties.
Any use of such tools is at your own risk, and you should read and accept the respective terms of the external providers.
New features may be added in the future and will also be subject to these Terms.
10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain hyperlinks or content from third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of those websites. Access is at your own risk.
We recommend reading the privacy policies and terms of third-party sites before carrying out any transaction.
11. PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, in certain cases, the Shopify Privacy Policy.
Using the Services implies your consent to the collection and processing of data by WoodCollect and Shopify, including international data transfers.
12. FEEDBACK
Any suggestion, comment, or review submitted (“Feedback”) may be used by WoodCollect freely and without limitations to improve the Services.
You declare that you own all rights to the content submitted and guarantee that it does not violate third-party rights nor contain illegal, offensive, or harmful material.
13. ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
Typographical errors or inaccuracies may occur. We reserve the right to correct them, update information, or cancel incorrect orders without prior notice.
14. PROHIBITED USES
It is strictly prohibited to use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, including sending spam, viruses, offensive material, or violating third-party rights.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and WoodCollect.
21. ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your rights without prior written consent. WoodCollect may do so freely.
22. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the area where WoodCollect is based.
23. HEADINGS
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
24. CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. We reserve the right to modify or update the Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
