Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Since we are only an online store, we do not have a physical point of sale for customers to visit us.

However, our shipping is handled by CTT - the Portuguese postal service, which takes care of the delivery. In short, we are producers and sellers of products with original designs created specifically for decoration.

At Wood Collect, we strive to create your product and ship it as quickly as possible, allowing our customers to enjoy the maps. While our main focus is on fast creation and shipping, delivery times vary between production time (between 2 and 3 days) and a maximum delivery time of 5 working days for mainland Portugal during peak periods.

The shipment is divided into two sections based on destination countries:
- Mainland Portugal : Arrives within 2-3 business days (If your order is placed before 12pm the previous day)
- Portugal Islands : Arrives within 5-7 business days (If your order is placed before 12 PM the previous day)
- Within the European Union (may take 4 to 5 business days)
- Outside the European Union (may take 5 to 10 business days)

Notice: Please be aware of the complicated shipping times and remember that your order may take a little longer to arrive than usual. Feel free to contact us if your order exceeds the estimated delivery date.


Return policy

All purchases made within the European Union are covered by the mandatory 14-Day Cool-Off Period – a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a no-questions-asked return, provided the product has not been opened.

Conditions:
- It cannot be a custom map because they are unique pieces.
The company does not reimburse shipping costs.
The item must be sent to the company.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (like special orders or custom items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Reflection Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
