Shipping policy
As we operate exclusively online, we do not have a physical storefront where customers can visit us.
Our shipping is handled by CTT – Correios de Portugal, who ensure the delivery of all orders. We are producers and sellers of original design products, created specifically for decoration.
At WoodCollect, we strive to create and ship your product as quickly as possible so you can enjoy our maps. While our focus is fast production and delivery, the total delivery time varies between production time (2 to 3 days) and shipping time, which may take up to 5 business days within mainland Portugal during busier periods.
Shipping is divided into the following destination areas:
- Mainland Portugal: delivery in 2–3 business days (for orders placed before 12:00 PM of the previous day)
- Portugal Islands: delivery in 5–7 business days (for orders placed before 12:00 PM of the previous day)
- European Union: delivery in 4–5 business days
- Outside the European Union: delivery in 5–10 business days
Notice: Please be aware that delays may occur due to transportation issues. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
